As owner of Local Press Eatery, Greg VanDemark is bringing fresh, from scratch gourmet burgers and sandwiches to Sheboygan in a fun/casual atmosphere.  Gregs culinary experience began over 20 years ago, flipping burgers at A and W in West Bend WI.  Since then Greg has worked and honed his skills in all types of restaurants from casual to fine dining. 

 

Some memorable places include L'hosteria, a modern Italian restaurant in Aspen Colorado, Garden of the Gods club and Resort and the world iconic Broadmoor resort, holding Colorado's only 5 star 5 diamond restaurant as well.  Early on, spending much time in S.E. Wisconsin, receiving his culinary arts degree at MPTC Fon du lac and working at the award winning bartolotta restaurant group, The American Club and much more.

 

With Gregs experience he hopes to bring top level food at great value with outstanding service and hospitality.
